The Genoa Public Library has partnered with the Adult Education program at Kishwaukee College to offer ESL classes in the Event Room at 232 W Main Street in Genoa.
Classes at our location are geared for beginning or low intermediate learners and take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 - 8 pm. Check out the schedule for other area locations here.
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes strengthen English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills for employment, college and career technical classes, and student success. Classes are available for beginning, intermediate and advanced level ESL learners. These are free, noncredit classes for people 16 years of age and older.
