Do I have to Register through Google Forms?

Yes! It’s a lot easier than Beanstack. If you don’t have internet at home or want to sign-up in person you can do so during Library open hours. If you have any issues you can call us, 815-784-2627.

I don't have a library card, can I still sign-up?

Of course! Our Summer Reading Programs have always been available to patrons who don't have a library card.

Can I still do the programs if I'm not registered for Summer Reading?

Yes, you can. Registration for all events is broken into age groups, which can be found on the side.

Will there be participation tickets?

No. All raffle tickets will be based on hours read.

When do we start reading?

Right away! There is no registration period! You can register on May 30th and start May 30th! 

Other things to note! 

We have gone back to paper log books per patron request

Log books will be tracking daily reading. How much is read each day or for how long is determined by the participant and/or their parent/guardian.

Earn prizes and raffle tickets as you read your way through the log book and when you turn in your log book.
